Return/Refund Policy for Skincare Products purchased from Your Aesthetic Pty Ltd

  1. Eligibility for Returns/Refunds:

    • Only unopened and unused products are eligible for returns.
    • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase.
    • The product must be in its original packaging and condition.
  2. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Opened or used skincare products.
    • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code.
    • Gift cards or promotional items.
  3. Return Process:

    • Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
    • We will provide a return authorisation and shipping instructions.
  4. Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
    • We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
  5. Refund Process:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
