Eligibility for Returns/Refunds:
- Only unopened and unused products are eligible for returns.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase.
- The product must be in its original packaging and condition.

- Opened or used skincare products.
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code.
- Gift cards or promotional items.

- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will provide a return authorisation and shipping instructions.

Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
- We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
