Hello, I'm Shanai Cramer, the Director and Registered Nurse at Your Aesthetic. With a background in emergency health and neonatal intensive care nursing, I bring a unique blend of knowledge, precision, and compassion to my role. I hold a Bachelor of Nursing and a Bachelor of Emergency Health (Paramedic) from Monash University, along with a Graduate Certificate in Nursing Practice (Neonatal Intensive Care) from the University of Melbourne. Since 2015, I have been dedicated to nursing, and I found my passion for cosmetic nursing in 2016. I started this business because I wanted create a positive impact in the Cosmetic Industry, with a focus on education and support for my clients. I wanted to create a space that was warm and comfortable, but above all, safe!
Outside of the clinic, I'm a mum of two young kids, and I'm engaged to my wonderful partner, Chris. I've traveled to more countries than I can remember, thanks to my spontaneous and impulsive adventures as a young adult, often on minimal funds.
I am deeply committed to safety, education, and building meaningful relationships with my patients. At Your Aesthetic, I focus on creating individualised and comprehensive treatment plans tailored to your unique aesthetic goals. Welcome, I’m Leila, a Registered Nurse specialising in Cosmetic Nursing here at Your Aesthetic. I earned my Bachelor of Nursing from Monash University and have spent much of my career in the fast-paced environment of Emergency nursing. Currently, I’m furthering my education with a Post-Graduate Degree in Paramedicine and have taken on the role of Triage Nurse for Ambulance Victoria.
I’m passionate about continuous learning and pushing myself to achieve my fullest potential. Adding Cosmetic Nursing to my career has brought a wonderful balance, allowing me to combine professional growth with creative self-expression. From an early age, I’ve been dedicated to self-care, whether through exploring the latest skincare innovations or staying on top of fashion trends. I deeply believe that taking care of ourselves, both inside and out, is essential for nurturing our health and confidence.
In 2022, I had the privilege of meeting Shanai, who became my mentor and, as of 2023, my boss at Your Aesthetic. I’m thrilled to bring my vibrant personality and keen eye for detail to the team.
Connecting with new patients, listening to their stories, and ensuring they feel comfortable and well-informed is what I thrive on. My enthusiasm for life is reflected in my approach to patient care. I aim to educate and inspire others to embrace holistic self-care and positive ageing through subtle, personalised enhancements.

I've been passionate about skin for as long as I can remember. In fact, I was the 12-year-old applying moisturiser every day, long before I knew that fascination would become my career.
More than 10 years later, I've had the privilege of treating thousands of clients, leading and mentoring clinical teams across Victoria, Queensland and Northern New South Wales. Throughout every stage of my career, one thing has remained constant... my passion for helping people understand their skin and feel confident in it.
For me, skin has never been just about treatments. Education is at the heart of everything I do. I want every client to leave knowing more than when they arrived - feeling heard, understood, and confident in the plan we've created together. I believe the best results come when clients not only trust their clinician, but also understand the reasoning behind every recommendation.
Outside the clinic, I'm also a proud solo mum to my little boy. Motherhood has taught me patience, resilience, and the importance of looking after ourselves and not just for those around us, but for ourselves too. It has reinforced my belief that self-care isn't about perfection; it's about creating confidence, balance, and taking the time to invest in your own wellbeing.
