Facial wrinkles

Fine lines and wrinkles are a natural sign of ageing, however they may appear earlier in life by factors such as repetitive muscle use, prolonged sun exposure and skin dehydration.

During your consultation, we will assess the severity of your lines, wrinkles and overall skin health and recommend the most suitable options for you.

We prioritise clear communication, ensuring you understand each step of the treatment process and what to expect. Our patient-focused care means that we work closely with you to meet your aesthetic goals.

Before and After images of previous client results can be seen in a Consultation with one of our Nurses.

Common areas of concern

  • Forehead lines

Forehead lines and wrinkles are seen across the forehead when you raise your eyebrows.

  • Frown lines

The frown complex is the area between the brows which creates a combination of vertical, and horizontal lines. This can make our eyes appear smaller when we contract these muscles, and can make us appear 'angry'.

  • Crow's feet and Brow position

While we love seeing people smile, the lines that extend from the eyes can become more noticeable and permanent as we age.

  • Gummy smile / Thin lip

A gummy smile commonly presents with excessive gum exposure when smiling/laughing. It is often associated with the 'tucking in' of the upper lip.

  • Jaw Clenching / Teeth grinding

Certain facial muscles can be considered 'strong' or 'overactive' causing pain and discomfort when clenching or grinding of the teeth. This can also lead to bulky and visible masseter and temple muscles.

  • Neck

The neck and jawline muscles pull your skin in a downward direction. This can lead to excessive skin laxity, especially in the jowl region.

  • Downturn smile / Pebbled chin

As we age, the muscles around our mouth can pull down the corners of the mouth. This contributes to a downturned mouth or "sad" expression. This creates an impression of negativity, even when the person is at rest. The chin can also lose volume and definition, leading to chin dimpling, wrinkling, or a more recessed appearance. The skin around the chin can start to sag, leading to the formation of marionette lines or a drooping jawline.
