Lip Shape and Volume
At Your Aesthetic, we understand that your lip shape and volume can be a feature you would like to stand out.
As we age, our lips can lose fullness, colour and definition. Our consultations focus on your specific lip concerns and aesthetic goals.
We firmly believe that lips should not be a distracting feature of the face. They should be kept in proportion with you natural features.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What is lip shape treatment?
Lip shape treatment is a non-surgical procedure, for treatments that restore hydration and fullness to the lips.
WHAT PRODUCTS DO YOU USE?
While there are many products on the market, here at Your Aesthetic we pride ourselves on only using Australian-approved products. Within Australia, we are unable to advertise the particular product brands be stock, however during your consultation we will be able to provide you with FULL product details.
What can I expect during treatment?
During an appointment, your Nurse will discuss your goals and customise the treatment to achieve your desired results. They will do a Telehealth consultation with the doctor to get a medical prescription. They will take clinical images and then apply topical numbing cream to minimise the discomfort during the treatment. The procedure involves a series of small injections, followed by a light massage of the lips.
WHAT SIDE EFFECTS CAN I EXPECT?
During a lip shape/volume treatment, it is normal to experience some pain and bleeding, as we are using small needles. Your treatment area will likely be red afterwards, that may have bruising. All side effects are usually short-lived and should resolve as discussed in your consultation. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.
When will I see the results?
You will see an immediate improvement in the volume and shape of your lips after the procedure. However, the final results will become more apparent as any swelling subsides over the following week.
CAN I RECEIVE TREATMENT IF PREGNANT OR BREASTFEEDING/lactating?
No, we do not recommend these treatments for individuals who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Safety is our priority, and we adhere to TGA guidelines, which advise against such treatments during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
What is the price of this treatment?
Due to AHPRA and TGA guidelines, we are unable to provide pricing of these services. It all begins with a Consultation with one of our Registered Nurses
