Collagen Loss
As we age, we are losing approximately 1% of our collagen per year after the age of 25. This can be fastened by lifestyle factors including excessive sun exposure, poor diet and smoking.
We will see a dramatic decrease after our mid-to-late 40s, due to menopause.
If you are concerned with signs of skin laxity, loss of global facial volume and skin tightness, please get in touch for a thorough and personalised medical consultation.
